SERVICE OVERVIEW
AMC services is offered for and functional unit (residential or commercial). Under the AMC various packages are offered. Fixed monthly visits by trained professional are carried out and checking and testing of wet and dry services are carried out. The repair and replacement works shall be taken up based on the AMC package offered.
AMC services will reduce the down time and the unit remains functional most of the time. The warranty and replacement of the equipment installed shall be tracked and taken up with the manufacturer by mmfe.in .This in long term results in lot of cost savings. AMC contracts are offered as bundle for following services and durations:
- Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, housekeeping – 3 months, 6 months and 12 months.
- Landscaping – 3 months, 6 months and 12 months
